Thank
you for stopping by my site! Take your time and have a look around- hopefully you will get a sense of who I am and
how I work with clients. My perspective regarding wellness is a "holistic" one. That is, I view overall functioning
as a collective effort- a sychronization of sorts, with each layer (food type and quality, water, air, toxin exposure, inherent
weaknesses, stressors, etc.) contributing to the support and function of the next. The foods that we eat comprise the crucial
foundation upon which we might hope to build a solid structure of health.
The dietary and lifestyle choices that
we make every day bring us either closer to or further from our health and fitness goals. It might not make headlines, but
it really is that simple! The condition of your body is largely the reflection of how you are living your life...and yes,
there is a cumulative effect, so as you age, you will begin to notice that things are "catching-up" with you! Following
this logic, and with poor nutrition widely advertised and readily available, it is no wonder we could all use some guidance
in how to choose wisely :)
By elevating awareness through a process that fuses common sense and scientific fact,
we experience a natural shift that occurs in our perspective- Yippie! While this may be more commonly recognized as "Wow,
I never thought of it that way before," the result is a powerful change in mindset. Focus becomes centered upon achieving
positive and permanent change. Attaining your objectives is not about falling prey to fad or misinformation and it does not
require conforming to an unrealistic existence.
In recognizing the fundamental role that food plays in the optimal
functioning of our bodies, we can appreciate the value and impact of our ability to make the proper dietary and lifestyle

Initial
Consultation: 60 minutes $195
*Review food diary and health form. *Obtain sense of overall lifestyle. *Establish priorities and goals. *Assess current cabinet/pantry items if applicable. *Provide protocol based upon
information gathered. *Supply principals that will incorporate and address those key areas as specified by client. *Offer inclusive techniques to modify current behaviors, habits, and lifestyle. *Discussion of food/snack alternatives
and how to best implement the necessary dietary changes. *Suggestions for proper supplementation - primarily used as
an adjunctive contribution to overall optimal diet and for the purpose of remediating individual conditions. *Addressing
additional questions.
Subsequent Appointments: 45 minutes $145
Modifications to all of above
as client progresses toward goal. Often, the information provided during the initial consult is all that is necessary. When
subsequent visits are desired (to accomodate substantial weight loss, chronic Candida, arthritis, etc.) scheduling allows
enough time for some evidence of change to have taken place- usually from about three to six weeks.
Supermarket
Shopping: to 90 minutes $175 A crucial, hands-on guided expedition affording the direct application of knowledge
and thereby increasing future awareness of exactly what to buy and what to avoid. Includes: Aisle walk-through providing
healthier comparisons for those items most commonly purchased. Suggestions of additional foods to provide convenient,
practical and nutritious menu and snack options. Deciphering and evaluating packaged food labels - what they mean- how
to interpret and understand them- and what to look for. Identification of foods for various diets such as gluten-free and
dairy-free.
Natural-Food Market Shopping: Aisle-by-aisle assistance in selecting from what can be an
overwhelming amount of options in an ever-growing sea of healthier alternatives. Offers valuable experience to help incorporate
variety and add exciting new choices to an overhauled food plan. Includes: Providing a consumer-friendly jaunt through
what might otherwise be unfamiliar territory. Exposure to an expanded line of products coupled with firsthand familiarity
that allows for instant input and recommendations by brand name - helping to spare the client trial and error sampling of
products. Comparing and selecting of appropriate supplements and herbals. Allows for direct answers to those questions
inspired by just being immersed in actual proximity of this confusing facet to health.
Check-In's: 15 minutes $45 Scheduled phone service provided for established clients to deliver further convenience and accessibility. Examples
are not limited to, but may include: Clarifying questions that arise from conflicting sources, news articles, TV programs,
or even a well intended friend. Facilitating additional integration of previous and newly adapted choices. Implementation of further modifications. Often, when having experienced success and positive effects from their effort,
clients often wish to make additional dietary adjustments. This option allows for a quick, cost- effective means of obtaining
the desired refinement.
COMPLETE SERVICE PACKAGE Includes the initial interview, a second appointment,
market shop, and a check-in consultation. Package price, $500.
*Additional $25 fee for home visits, with the exception
of senior citizens or anyone nonambulatory. **Telephone consultations are available and are provided once payment is
